Version 0.1.3

I realized the number of changes i planned for this update was a bit ambitious LOL anyways here are the changes for 0.1.3

- Changed game resolution to 1280x720 to fit on most resolutions without resizing
- Improved the tutorial to not start the game until tutorial moyai is killed
- Added controller support (only tested with ps4)
- Added combo text that displays combo number for dashing through multiple stunned enemies at once
- Added a moyai crumble death animation
- Added moyai crumble death sound to fit the animation
- Added bubble break + form animation
- Modified the bubble break sounds to fit the new animations
- Modified spawning to prepare for next update
- Made run speed increase slower
- Increased minimum time between lasers
- Some minor bug fixes
